Mr. Jackson also secured a contract to convert natural resources, within an African country, to monetary resources for infrastructure development. Julius pictureTimothy M. Lane(Director) is the CEO, Cofounder and Vice Chairman of Everest Advisors, Inc. aka The Afghanistan Reconstruction Company, LLC. He established the first privately owned bank in Afghanistan in partnership with Asian Development Bank and ING. In addition, Mr. Lane serves in an advisory capacity to J.P. Morgan and has served in such capacity for the former Chase Capital Partners and Private Equity Investor. With PepsiCo, Mr. Lane became the CEO of the 2.5 billion dollar restaurant businesses of Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell in Asia and the Middle East and later became Chairman and CEO of HolidayInn Worldwide, Inc.


Gordon G. Murdock (Director) is fluent in 7 languages, was the Managing Director of all Goodyear’s operations in sub-Saharan Africa from 2001 until his retirement in 2006. In his 27 year career with Goodyear he has been responsible for the entire manufacturing procedures, product planning, and future development in five countries, has been the plant manager of their largest and most productive facility and has been responsible for a budget of over $500 million and 500 employees most recently.

Richard Corrigan (Director) was a director for Overseas Private Investment Corporation located in Washington, D.C. He engaged in international project finance, managed risk and portfolio management functions of $13 Billion portfolio with responsibility for overall credit quality and reserves. Mr. Corrigan organized and developed an internal controls function for the agency to comply with government standards for financing organizations and initiated a credit audit process to monitor third party lenders under loan guarantee program.

Ronald Avery (Director) is the President and founder of one of the premiere operational management companies in the Southeastern United States – The Ronco Group. With over 50 million in annual revenue, Mr. Avery manages the Ronco Group’s day-to –day activities develops the primary goals, operating plans, policies as well as short and long range objectives for the organization.

 

Joseph Johnson, Jr. (Director) has been the Director of the Fulton County Georgia Department of Economic Development since June 2000 where he is responsible for the business finance, international development, business retention and marketing for nine municipalities and a 3.4 million dollar budget. He has brought in over 7,000 new jobs, established the first Fulton County international program, closed 2.7 billion dollars in taxable and non-taxable bonds and attracted numerous international corporate headquarters in the County.

Braynon (Director) as Executive Director of the Miami-Dade Finance Authority she is responsible for overall administration of Authority bond issuance activities and management of a $1.5 billion loan portfolio. In that capacity she is responsible for staff supervision, budget preparation, fiscal management, and implementing policy directives. With over 20 years experience in private sector housing finance and mortgage lending, she has also served as acting CEO of the Miami-Dade Affordable Housing Foundation, Inc. where she continues to serve in a consulting capacity.


Robert Curbelo Jr (Director) has a combined twenty years experience in project management and establishing roles in new commercial building and tenant interior construction, commercial building renovations, infrastructure, and site development projects.Mr. Curbelo served as Senior Project Manager for Codina Construction Company to complete multiple construction jobs totaling $40 million dollars in 18 months.He was also the Senior Project Manager for The Tower Group and completed the $55 million dollar 1.3 million square foot Shops at the Midtown Miami Mix Use Project.
